The UK is an attractive destination for superyacht owners because of its beautiful coastline, mild climate, and well-developed infrastructure.

Eco-Friendly Super Yachts; Pi Docks in Scotland
A luxurious £118 million superyacht docked in Scotland in May this year, drawing attention from locals and tourists alike. The yacht, named Pi, is owned by American businessman Howard Schultz, the former CEO and chairman of Starbucks.
Pi is a 254-foot vessel that features a large spa, beach club with a swimming pool, beauty salon, sun deck Jacuzzi, and an open fireplace. The yacht can host up to 12 guests in six luxury suites and 18 crew members.
Pi was designed by a prestigious Dutch yacht-building company called Feadship and is said to be one of the most environmentally friendly superyachts in the world. The yacht has an advanced waste treatment system and a hybrid propulsion system that reduces its environmental impact.
Pi is currently moored at James Watt Marina in Greenock, Inverclyde. It is unclear how long the yacht will be in Scotland, but it is expected to attract many visitors during its stay.
Superyacht Kaos Returns to the Isle of Wight
The 110-meter superyacht Kaos, owned by Walmart heiress Nancy Walton Laurie, returned to the Isle of Wight after a visit to London. The yacht is thought to be the 55th largest in the world and is known for its luxurious interior, which features marble, stone, and crystal accents.
Kaos was built by Oceanco, the same shipyard that built the 127-meter Koru, which is believed to have been commissioned by Jeff Bezos. The yacht has a top speed of 20 knots and can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Kaos is a regular visitor to the Isle of Wight and has been spotted in the area several times in recent years. The yacht was last seen anchored off Yarmouth on June 26th.
World’s 244th Largest Superyacht M&Em Anchors in Plymouth Sound
The 74-meter M&Em luxury motor yacht anchored in Plymouth Sound in August this year. The vessel, which can carry 12 passengers and 19 crew, is ranked as the 244th largest superyacht in the world.
The yacht has a luxurious interior with six suites and two VIP cabins. The master suite has its own study, dressing room, and bathroom. Other amenities on board include a beauty salon, beach club, deck jacuzzi, underwater lights, and Wi-Fi.
M&Em was built by Dutch luxury boat builder Amels and was only launched in 2022. It has already been to Monaco, Gibraltar, Vigo, Spain, and Greenock, Scotland. The yacht’s current owner has yet to be named.
Two Caterpillar engines power the yacht and have a top speed of 16.5 knots. Its exterior design was by Britain’s Tim Heywood Design, and its interior was by Winch Design.
The M&Em is currently anchored off the Hoe, a popular tourist destination in Plymouth. It is expected to stay in the area for a few days before continuing its journey.
