Yacht Informer Round-Up From The MYBA Show
Last week Yacht Informer attended the MYBA 2023 Boat Show and was amazed by the magnificent Yachts on display there. We also had a great time meeting and greeting the exhibitors and attendees, it was terrific to have made contact with you all, and we hope you had as good a time as we did.
The MYBA Charter Show is one of the most important events in the yachting calendar, and Yacht Informer were there to testify that the 2023 edition was no exception. Held in Barcelona from April 24-27, the show attracted a record number of visitors, who were treated to a stunning display of luxury yachts from all over the world.
Now in its fourth decade, the show moved from its previous address in Italy to OneOcean Port Vell in Barcelona in 2017. The show had been held in Genoa for almost thirty years before the move.
The 33rd edition of the show boasted a spectacular selection of superyachts, and brokers could step on board to experience them for themselves, meet with captains and crew, and attend informative events designed to facilitate networking and connecting with fellow attendees.
Spectacular yacht displays
The show was divided into three main sections: the Superyacht Hall, the Midsize Yacht Hall, and the New Construction Hall. The Superyacht Hall featured some of the most impressive yachts in the world, including the 180-meter Azzam, the world’s largest private yacht. The Midsize Yacht Hall was home to a wide range of vessels from 50 to 100 meters in length, while the New Construction Hall showcased the latest in yacht design.
