Yacht Informer update at the MYBA Boat Show

The 2023 MYBA Boat Show, held in April in Barcelona, proved a fantastic event, and Yacht Informer was pleased to be at the heart of the action. The show, held at the OneOcean Port Vell, a modern marina in the heart of the city, attracts over 20,000 visitors yearly, including yacht owners, brokers, and other industry professionals.

The MYBA Boat show delivers a unique opportunity for yacht owners and attendees to view and charter the latest and greatest superyachts. The show is also excellent for brokers to network with potential clients and find new business.

There have been many impressive yachts with luxury interiors on show this year. For many yacht owners, the level of comfort and relaxation offered by the vessel’s interior first attracts them. The interior design must offer a sense of luxury and exclusivity with plenty of features such as plush sofas, comfortable beds, and state-of-the-art entertainment systems.

After all, a luxurious yacht interior reflects the owner’s style and taste. Some owners may enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by beauty and luxury. Others may appreciate a yacht interior that provides privacy and seclusion. And still, others may enjoy the fact that a luxurious yacht interior can make them feel like they are living the good life.

This year’s show featured a wide variety of superyachts, ranging from 50 to 150 meters in length, including two show-stopping superyachts: DreAMBoat and Lady Moura.

DreAMBoat superyacht

DreAMBoat is a 90-meter (295 ft) superyacht built by Oceanco in Alblasserdam, Netherlands. She was launched in 2019 and is currently owned by American businessman Arthur Blank.

DreAMBoat is powered by twin MTU 20V 4000 M73L diesel engines, giving her a top speed of 18 knots and a range of 5,250 nautical miles. She can accommodate up to 22 guests in great comfort across 11 luxury cabins and has a crew of 27 to cater to their every need.

Espen Øino designed the yacht’s sleek and stylish exterior, and Terence Disdale designed the plush interior. Her interior is decorated in a warm and inviting style, focusing on tasteful comfort and luxury. She features a spacious main salon, a formal dining room, a cinema, a gym, a spa, and a swimming pool to keep her guests entertained throughout their stay onboard.

DreAMBoat is a luxurious and spacious yacht perfect for entertaining guests. She is also well-equipped to explore the surrounding waters with various toys for guests to enjoy. She has a helipad, making it easy for guests to reach land while anchored at sea without needing to sail into a dock.

Lady Moura superyacht

Lady Moura is a 105-meter-long (344 ft) superyacht built by Blohm + Voss in Hamburg, Germany. She was launched in 1990 and was initially owned by Saudi Arabian businessman Nasser Al-Rashid. In 2021, she was sold to Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego for $125 million.

Lady Moura is one of the world’s most luxurious and technologically advanced yachts. Two 6,868hp Deutz-MWM TBD510BV12 diesel engines power her and have a top speed of 22 knots. She can accommodate up to 27 guests in 13 comfortable cabins and has a professional crew of 60 to take the most excellent care of her guests, including an onboard bakery and a fully equipped medical suit.
